Margin is not directly observable from outside a company: providers publish retail prices, and some publish aggregate figures in financial filings or investor disclosures, but the underlying unit cost of serving a token — the actual values of , and realized U for a specific deployed model — is not something any major provider has published in detail. Estimates of provider margin that circulate publicly are therefore analytical inferences built from public pricing, public hardware costs, and public benchmark throughput figures, not confirmed financial data, and this article treats them accordingly: as scenario-building, clearly labeled, rather than as fact.
