Editorial & AI Disclosure Policy

Absolute Digital Publishers uses artificial intelligence throughout its editorial process. This policy explains the division between machine assistance and human editorial responsibility, and the evidence required before an article is published.

Research & drafting

Topics are selected from scientific literature, official technical documentation, standards, regulatory records, institutional datasets, public filings, and reputable reporting. Large language models may assist with discovery, synthesis, outlining, drafting, code, equation formatting, and consistency checks. Model output is treated as an unverified intermediate artifact, not as a source.

Evidence and citations

We prefer primary literature and first-party records for factual claims. Each long-form research article must carry a structured reference ledger, and citations in the body must resolve to that ledger before publication. A verified date means that the reference URL and bibliographic identity were checked on that date; it does not mean that every conclusion in the source is uncontested.

Vendor benchmark claims are attributed to the vendor unless independently reproduced. Comparisons should normalize the model version, task, agent harness, inference budget, date, and evaluation method. Rumors, parameter estimates, and future product names are not presented as facts without a traceable primary disclosure.

Mathematics and technical review

Equations are rendered from source-controlled LaTeX. Automated validation rejects malformed mathematics, unresolved citations, incomplete figure metadata, and articles below their declared evidence and length thresholds. Formal notation is used to make assumptions inspectable; it is not evidence by itself.

Editorial oversight

Every article is published under the byline of Brecht Corbeel, who holds editorial responsibility for accuracy, framing, sourcing, and publication. AI assistance does not receive a byline and does not bear accountability. Analysis, reported fact, vendor assertion, and prediction should remain distinguishable in the text.

Forecasts and uncertainty

Future-facing articles distinguish scenarios from predictions. A substantive prediction should state a time horizon, assumptions, observable indicators, and conditions that would disconfirm it. Where numerical uncertainty can be estimated responsibly, we report it; where it cannot, we do not manufacture precision.

Images

Every planned or published figure has a recorded prompt or source, creator, caption, alt text, origin, and attribution. AI-generated illustrations are identified as such after generation. Third-party images require a traceable source and reuse license. Illustrative renders are not presented as documentary photographs or empirical plots.

Corrections

If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact contact@absolutedigitalpublishers.com. Verified corrections are applied to the published article, its source file is revised, and the updated timestamp reflects the material change.

What AI assistance does not change

We do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial, accept payment for favorable coverage, fabricate quotations or references, or use publication volume as a substitute for editorial judgment. Automated validation is a floor, not proof that an article is correct.
