The Type Chart Has No Apex Predator, and the Graph Proves It
Pokémon's "super effective" relation has a real three-cycle and two reflexive self-loops, so it cannot be a strict partial order. Tarjan's algorithm run on the real chart finds one giant sixteen-type core, not the hierarchy a ranking would need.
